Before you build.
Do you build small buildings or only detached homes?
Both. As well as detached homes, we build small buildings such as the one in Alcalá, Guía de Isora. Tell us about your plot and your project and we will explain how we would approach it.
Who builds the structure?
Reinforced-concrete structures are built by Impala Projects in partnership with Íkaro Construcción, so the design, the structure and the rest of the works stay under the same management.
What are the advantages of industrialised construction?
Less time on site, tighter quality control and an efficient building envelope. We tell you whether it suits your plot and your project.
Can you take care of the design too?
Yes. The architecture can come from your own studio or from Beespace Arquitectura, and the technical design and site supervision from Impala Projects.
