How much does a full home renovation cost?
It depends on the floor area, the starting condition and the specification. After the site visit we give you an itemised quote, with measurements and specifications in writing, so you know what you are paying for in each section.
How long does a full renovation take?
It depends on the scope and the permits. We set the timescale in writing in the quote and the site manager keeps you updated throughout.
Do I need a permit to renovate my home?
Depending on the scope, the works may need a prior notification or a full municipal licence. We tell you which applies and handle the application.
Do you also take care of the design?
Yes. We can work with your architect or interior designer, or with Beespace Arquitectura, the studio we partner with on turnkey projects.
