Residents' associations and property managers

Failed inspection or an enforcement order?

We prepare the technical and financial proposal for the owners’ meeting and carry out the works with residents at home, keeping them informed at every stage.

FAQ

What residents’ associations ask us.

What do we do if our building inspection (ITE) fails?

We visit the building, review the report and prepare a technical proposal and an itemised quote the owners can vote on. Impala Projects, our sister company, prepares any technical documents required and we carry out the works.

Can residents stay in their homes during the works?

For façade and roof refurbishments, usually yes. We plan access, protection and working hours, and notify the community before each phase.

Do you work on listed or historic buildings?

Yes. We have worked on a listed heritage building (BIC) in Tejina and on historic façades in Santa Cruz, respecting the original composition and coordinating the required approvals.

Are there grants for refurbishing the building?

It depends on the current calls and the type of work; energy upgrades usually have more options. We tell you whether your project could qualify and help with the application.

How are the works approved and paid for in a residents' association?

The owners’ meeting approves the itemised quote and, before we start, we agree the timescale and payment schedule in writing with the community or its property manager.
