This policy explains how EQUIPO ÍKARO, S.L.U. processes the personal data you give us through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why
When you write to us through the form, by email or by WhatsApp, we process your name, phone number, email address, the location of the property and any information you share, in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, manage the contract.
Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep your data
We keep it for as long as needed to deal with your request. If we go on to carry out a project, for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law. Otherwise, we delete it within one year of the last contact.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use processors: website hosting and form delivery (Soluciones Informáticas de Tenerife, SOINTE) and email (Microsoft). The latter may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to aperez@ikaroconstruccion.com or to the postal address above. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
