Impala Projects was founded in 2017 and Íkaro Construcción in 2021. Today we are 23 people who study, design, manage and build projects in Tenerife.

Two companies, one team.
Íkaro Construcción carries out refurbishment, renovation and industrialised construction work. Impala Projects provides technical studies, design and the structure on reinforced-concrete projects, which both companies deliver together.

We coordinate the technical team, permits and, where available, grants.

A dedicated site manager, regular progress reports and a handover with guarantee.

AIRE, a one-stop shop for energy retrofits.
Impala Projects is a partner in AIRE (Agente Integral de Rehabilitación en España), a project funded by the EU LIFE Programme that sets up a private service to support homeowners through the whole energy retrofit: assessment, trusted professionals, management and financing. It starts in Tenerife and Mallorca, together with Green Building Council España, Tramiteco and Global New Energy Finance.
